Beautiful acoustic ceilings can define a space and manage sound throughout a building. From the clean and simple look of basic grid and tile, to an artistically inspired design including colors, clouds and specialty materials – 579 Construction can build it all.
What is Acoustic Tile?
Acoustical Ceiling tiles come in three basic categories; those made to absorb sound, block sound and scatter sound. Sound absorbing tiles are the most common and can typically reduce sound in an area by 55% – 70%.
Many ceiling tiles are manufactured with a high-density fiberglass board. Some other options include ceiling tiles manufactured from acoustical foam, polyester, wood and metal.
