734 Main Street

579 Construction was contracted by Merritt & Associates G.C., Inc. for the installation of all Exterior Framing, Exterior Sheathing, Batt Insulation, Fire Caulking, Interior Framing, Interior Drywall & Finish and Grid Ceilings.  This 4-story, modern office building is located at 7th and Main Street. We are excited to be a part of this project in the heart of downtown Grand Junction.

Two of the floors will be occupied by the Owner Kaart, a geographic information mapping company that maps road infrastructure for companies as OpenStreetMap.  The other floors are for tenant use.  The roof of the building has a walk around section with grass and a great view of the town.
